Require plant watering service for indoor and balcony pots

Hi there! I’m looking for a reliable gardener to water and check on my houseplants and balcony pots while I’m away for the week. There are about 12 plants in total, with a mix of tropical foliage and some succulents. I’d like the planter soil to be lightly dampened, not soggy, and I’d appreciate reminding me if any plant looks stressed. If you prefer, you can set up a simple schedule and leave notes. Access is easy through the back gate; I can provide a spare key if needed. I’d like the first visit to include a quick assessment of each plant’s moisture needs and a couple of tips on plant care.
