Job Description
What you’ll do:
- Lead and scale day-to-day operations across multiple teams
- Work directly with the CEO on strategy and execution
- Build and optimise systems, processes, and workflows
- Drive operational efficiency, performance, and accountability
- Support hiring and team development across departments
- Monitor key metrics and support data-driven decision making
Requirements
- Strong experience in the proprietary trading industry (essential)
- Senior leadership / operational experience in a fast-growth business
- Deep understanding of prop firm operations and risk models
- Proven ability to build and scale teams and systems
- Strong commercial mindset and execution focus
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate immediately
