Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with long‑term business objectives.
- Lead all core finance functions including financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, audit, controls and reporting.
- Partner with the CEO and board on strategic planning, investment decisions, capital allocation and risk management.
- Drive financial discipline across engineering and trading operations including project costing, cash‑flow forecasting, margin protection and working capital management.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting and management reporting delivering clear insight to support executive decisions.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE regulatory tax (including VAT and corporate tax) and statutory reporting requirements.
