Job Description

What You Will Do

In this vital role you will call on key specialists and accounts, as well as allied health professionals, to promote and expand the use of Amgen products such as Repatha, Evenity, and Aranesp.

Key Accountabilities / Duties / Responsibilities

  • Contact physicians (specialists and family practice) and other healthcare professionals (e.g., nurses, pharmacists) to develop business and expand clinical use of products in the territory.
  • Achieve monthly sales objectives and maximize market share versus competitor products.
  • Write and implement territory business plans, create and develop innovative programs, and build a competitive advantage for Amgen within key accounts.
  • Respond to customer needs and maintain high-quality service through knowledge of therapeutic areas, appropriate patient management, reimbursement issue resolution, and support of fulfillment.
