The Reports Analysts are in charge to support overall clients’ business with reporting and analysis concerning the clients, the products, and the sales performance. The Reports Analysts will provide our operations team with the reporting and workflow management needed to fulfill our customers’ needs.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- • Provide general analytical and administrative support related to data collection and analysis of customer spend data, client retention, departmental performance, pipeline, and overall account maintenance to identify trends and opportunities
- • Design impactful dashboards using Salesforce Lightning Dashboards; experience with CRM Analytics is a plus
- • Build and maintain trending reports and analytics in SFDC, Tableau, and dashboards to track performance and key metrics that drive sales and operations insights (CRM Analytics is a plus)
