• Lead and oversee the overall reporting function of the Company, including financial statements preparation, management reporting, regulatory reporting, investment reporting, and taxation matters, ensuring all reporting deliverables are completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with applicable regulatory and accounting requirements.
• Oversee and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting activities.
• Lead the preparation and review of financial statements, management accounts, and internal management reporting.
• Oversee regulatory submissions to Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) and other relevant authorities.
• Oversee investment-related reporting, reconciliations, and analysis.
• Coordinate taxation reporting, tax submissions, and related compliance matters.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, schedules, disclosures, and supporting working papers.
