Job Description
The Replenishment & Allocation Analyst II manages replenishment and allocation processes with high independence. This role involves analyzing inventory data, supporting promotional and seasonal strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory flow and reduce shrink.
Overview of Responsibilities
· Execute replenishment strategies and allocation plans to maintain optimal stock levels.
· Analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and recommend adjustments.
· Collaborate with planning and merchandising teams to support seasonal and promotional initiatives.
· Troubleshoot inventory issues and propose solutions to minimize stock-outs and overstocks.
· Prepare and interpret reports for management, providing insights on inventory performance.
