Job Summary
The Repair Engineer is responsible for supporting repair operations for VAT products at the Service Center through efficient execution, technical competency, and strong operational discipline. This role plays an important part in supporting customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, revenue contribution, and overall business performance. Repair engineer needs to perform inspection, failure analysis, troubleshooting, repair and testing of VAT products according to company standards and procedures.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities- Provides in-house advanced level technical support to conduct evaluation, failure analysis, repair reports and cost estimation for VAT products
