Repair and Maintenance Supervisor - MPD

The R&M Supervisor leads workshop maintenance and repair activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution in line with company and Weatherford standards. The role requires strong technical capability in oilfield equipment maintenance, including MPD systems and pressure control equipment , combined with leadership and operational coordination skills.

• Champion and promote a strong safety culture across the workshop.
• Ensure compliance with all HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
