Rental Service Agent (Barcelona)

THE ROLE

The Rental Service Agent executes all customer-facing rental operations and performs professional RV sales demonstrations to convert leads into buyers. This is a hands‑on, customer‑centric role combining service, product presentation, operational execution, and follow‑up sales management. Across rentals and sales, this role ensures every vehicle, every interaction, and every customer moment reflects Indie Campers' high standards.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

• Customer Service & Operations : Conduct check‑ins / check‑outs, briefings, and provide ongoing rental support. Handle service recovery and emergencies with empathy.
• Sales Demonstrations & Customer Engagement : Prepare and perform RV demos, showcasing features, specs, and customer‑specific needs. Ensure smooth handovers and all documentation is in order.
