Rental Cost Administrator

Role Summary This role is responsible for ensuring the timeous and accurate capturing of invoices back to customers on all vehicle related expenses incurred by the Scania Rentals on behalf of the customer. This role is also responsible for the co-ordination of all repairs necessary to any trucks which require de-fleeting.. Job Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Trucks returned from rental or de-fleets – check ins and outs, photos, de-fleet process management, workshop bookings, ect. Closing of work orders. Recovery of workshop expenses, movement costs, fuel, tyres, ect. Fine management and re-directing of fines. Billing of excess kilometre.
