Renal Nurse Practitioner – Community Dialysis Lead

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora in Auckland invites an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join the Renal Service. The role focuses on advanced assessment, clinical leadership, and high-quality care for renal patients within community dialysis units in the Waitematā district.

You will provide day-to-day medical coverage, assess dry weights and vascular access, and review monthly bloods and six-monthly reviews, working in a collaborative interdisciplinary model to drive excellent patient outcomes.
