Remote WFM Real-Time Analyst: Forecast & Optimize

Teleperformance is searching for a WFM Real Time Analyst to support our Customer Service team in Malaysia. You will provide expertise, guidance, and ensure performance standards are met, starting with a work-from-home arrangement for 6 months before relocating to Johor Bahru.
