Remote UX Research Consultant: Human-Centered Design

ITU is seeking an experienced UX Researcher Consultant to contribute to digital transformation initiatives. You will conduct interviews, usability tests, and ethnographic studies to inform product strategy and service design.

You will develop personas, journey maps, and user stories, collaborating with product managers, designers, and developers to embed insights into delivery. Six-month contract, remote/home-based, with opportunities to influence website and document management projects.
