Remote Telehealth Nurse — Triage & Care from Home

Access Community Health in New Zealand is seeking a Registered or Enrolled Nurse for a flexible, home-based role. You will respond to clinical escalations via calls and emails, provide telephone assessments and triage, document care plans, and support client reviews from your home office.

The role requires NZ RN or EN Practising Certificate, strong clinical judgement, and excellent communication. Independent work, cultural safety, and ability to work with diverse communities are essential.
