Remote SailPoint Problem Manager: RCA & IAM Lead

Ambit Iberia is seeking a SailPoint Problem Manager to join our global Identity & Access Management team. You will own problem management for SailPoint IdentityIQ, lead root cause investigations, and drive improvements to enhance stability and service quality across the organization.

In this remote, permanent role, you will work with L3 Support, application owners, and vendors to resolve complex IAM issues, perform RCA, optimize processes, and maintain technical documentation.
