An exciting opportunity for a Reward Business Partner who will support the Reward team and wider People team through knowledge and understanding of Reward policies and procedures. Key aspects of the role are data analytics and supporting with compensation management in Dayforce (Rank's HR system). Responsibilities
- Responsible for data maintenance, researching, analysing and reporting/presenting findings and information on reward topics and activities.
- Collaborate on implementing, and maintaining reward practices, processes, and procedures to drive organisational success.
- Provide support for the annual salary and bonus review cycle, leveraging our internal HRIS tools to ensure seamless execution.
