House Buyers of America is seeking a remote Transaction Coordinator to manage acquisitions and dispositions efficiently. The role involves ensuring properties go to settlement in a timely manner, acting as a customer representative, and collaborating with various departments.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the settlement/title industry and strong communication skills. This contract role is Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 5:30 EST with pay ranging from $10 to $15 per hour.
