Remote Project Coordinator at Foundant

Foundant is hiring a Project Coordinator to oversee workflow management and project tracking in a flexible remote setting. Your organizational skills will enable our SmartSimple Implementation team to drive client success efficiently.
In this role, you'll coordinate the RFS pipeline from project initiation to execution, ensuring that all documentation is complete and facilitating smooth transitions between teams. You will collaborate closely with senior implementers and success managers, freeing them to concentrate on strategic tasks and relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate Salesforce stages for the RFS pipeline
• Configure Rocketlane projects to ensure setup is timely
• Monitor project statuses and address any blockers
• Schedule important meetings across time zones
• Assist in the administration of client contracts and estimates
