Remote PiMS Transition Specialist

PetDesk is seeking a remote PiMS Coordinator who will simplify transitions for active accounts moving between Practice Information Management Systems. This position is fully remote and aligns with North American business hours.

Responsibilities include acting as the technical liaison, managing the switch cycle for customers, executing post-switch validation, and collaborating across departments.
