Remote Patient Billing & Support Specialist

Midi Health is seeking a remote Billing & Support Specialist to join our mission-driven team focused on women's health. You will handle billing inquiries, assist with insurance questions, and collaborate with clinical staff to verify coverage and benefits.

This role uses Zendesk and EMR systems (Athena preferred) to resolve issues, collect payments, and support patients from Monday to Friday, 12:00–20:30 CST. A quiet home workspace and reliable internet are required.
