Job Description
Influencer Marketing Specialist – E-Commerce (Remote)
We partner with fast-growing e-commerce brands across health & wellness, beauty, fashion, supplements, pet, food & beverage, and consumer goods — and we're looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist who can own the influencer program from end to end.
This is not a task-execution role. We're looking for someone who builds and manages the full creator pipeline independently, proactively flags issues, and drives results with minimal oversight. Platforms primarily used are Shopify, TikTok Shop, Instagram, and Amazon.
What You'll Do
Source, identify, and vet influencers and content creators independently across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube — evaluating for brand fit, audience quality, and engagement
Handle all cold outreach and follow-up across email, Slack, Discord, and DMs
Coordinate gifting and product seeding end to end — collecting addresses, placing orders, and tracking shipments through to delivery
