Client HR Tech Lead is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end technical landscape and technical solutions of Strada Global Payroll clients. They collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements within the contracted HR Tech landscape, providing expert guidance and support in optimizing HR technology solutions that align with business objectives and HR transformation journeys. They remain updated on Strada product upgrades and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement. The role partners with the Strada account management team and Delivery organization to deliver HR technology expertise that enhances client experience and supports technical delivery excellence.
