Remote HR Operations Generalist: Onboarding & Payroll

MetaProp is looking for an HR Operations Generalist based in Argentina for a remote-first role. The candidate will manage onboarding processes, maintain HRIS records, and support payroll operations.

Candidates should have over 3 years of HR experience and a Bachelor's degree. Proficiency in Microsoft tools and knowledge of U.S. employment laws are also essential for this position.

Alignment with Eastern or Central time zones is required.
