Remote Governance Specialist - Board Support & Compliance

CGI Group Inc. is looking for a Senior Associate to work remotely with occasional travel to London for meetings. You will act in a governance role, providing Board and Committee support, forming companies, and managing Diligent Entities.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of governance experience in the UK, strong minute-taking skills, and a good working knowledge of the Companies Act 2006.
