The PB Claims Analyst will work Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed. Each day will begin with hands-on production support, focusing on claims processing responsibilities within Epic, including managing workflows and ensuring timely resolution of issues. The analyst will actively monitor and work through assigned tickets, maintaining accuracy, and meeting quick turnaround expectations in a fast-paced environment. In addition to production work, the role requires staying current on system updates and workload priorities while collaborating closely with the team. The analyst will also participate in multiple recurring meetings throughout the week, typically 5–6, including all-analyst Epic team meetings, PB-specific calls, and twice-weekly Epic technical support sessions, along with additional ad hoc meetings as needed.
