Remote Customer & Sales Engagement Specialist — Commission

TalentPop App is seeking a Customer and Sales Engagement Specialist to join our remote team. You’ll engage shoppers, drive sales opportunities, and help recover lost revenue while building lasting relationships that support our growth.

In this role, you’ll communicate across phone, email, live chat, and SMS, identify upsell and cross-sell chances, and ensure a seamless post-purchase experience that strengthens loyalty and increases lifetime value.
