Remote Customer Retention & Escalations Leader

Filipino Contractors is seeking a proactive Customer, Retention & Collections Supervisor to lead and support the Retention, Collections, and Escalations teams. This role focuses on reducing churn, improving cash collection, and resolving high-level issues with empathy and efficiency.
