Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated Texas-based Civil, Construction, and Real Estate Litigation Attorney. Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to range from approximately 10-20 hours per week. Attorney Requirements: - Must be licensed in good standing to practice law in the state of Texas - Minimum of 5 years in Civil, Construction and Real Estate law practice - Strong research and writing skills - Proven ability to meet deadlines and be well-organized - Self-starter and able to work independently Our Attorney pay rate starts at $80/hour.
