Remote Cisco UC&C Tier 3 Engineer

FPS Innovation Labs is looking for a Cisco Service Engineer Tier 3 based in the Philippines, working fully remotely. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in supporting and troubleshooting Cisco UC and UCCx systems. Candidates must also possess strong written and verbal communication skills and hold CCNA or CCNP Collaboration certifications.

This position demands a deep understanding of various Cisco components, advanced troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work under SLA-driven conditions.
