Remote Cardiology Care Navigator (RN/MA/CNA)

Seamlessassist is seeking a Remote Patient Care Coordinator for a US Cardiology Team. You will support scheduling, patient communication, and clinical documentation from a remote setting, handling a high-volume caseload and ensuring timely follow-ups in EMR/EHR systems.

Ideal candidates have a clinical background (CNA/MA/RN), at least 3 years in healthcare or telehealth, strong English, and comfort working US Central Time hours.
