Remote Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Support Specialist

TalentPop App is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to support Spanish and English speakers via voice and chat. Provide exceptional multi-language support, troubleshooting, and compassionate guidance to a diverse customer base from a fully remote environment.

You will collaborate with teammates, help resolve issues quickly, and contribute to process improvements. Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar tools is a plus.
