As a biostatistics leader, you will manage project teams, providing essential coaching and mentorship while ensuring the application of rigorous statistical methods. Your expertise in clinical trials will guide the development and review of trial protocols and statistical analysis plans, driving success within interdisciplinary teams. Engage with clients to deliver top-notch statistical services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the management of clinical trial programs and projects
• Coach and review work of Biostatisticians and Statistical Programmers
• Participate in protocol design and statistical analysis planning
• Perform quality control on statistical deliverables
• Support regulatory interactions as needed
