Remarketing Specialist - Automotive Sector (Direct Hire) (Nogueira de Ramuín)

MARLEX, from direct selection, we are currently looking for a Remarketing Specialist for a multinational leader in the automotive sector. This is a strategic role within the used car operations area, responsible for managing end-to-end processes related to vehicle repair, refurbishment, and preparation for resale.

Role Purpose

You will be responsible for coordinating and managing key remarketing processes, acting as a liaison between regional and local teams to ensure efficient execution of refurbishment operations and excellence across the end-to-end workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a process and cooperation partner for regional functions, ensuring smooth and effective communication.
• Analyse benchmarking data and translate complex information into actionable recommendations.
• Define and implement local improvement measures.
• Coordinate complaint management processes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
