Relief F&I Business Manager

Minimum Requirements

1. Minimum 3 Years’ Experience in a similar role with a proven Track Record
2. Experience with Stock Control and Accounting advantageous
3. Must be able to handle an average of 70 New and PreOwned units per month
4. Must be able to perform against Targets
5. Matric Certificate
6. NQF 4 Retail or Short-Term Insurance Qualification with a minimum of 120 FAIS Credits (LEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENT)
7. RE Accreditation (LEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENT)
8. NCA Accreditation (LEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENT)
9. CPD Hours up to Date for all Cycles
10. COB Completed
11. Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, trade practices, dealership policies and procedures
12. Strong communication and negotiation Skill set
