Relief Chef Location: New Ross, Co. Wexford We are seeking an experienced and motivated Relief Chef to join our team in a residential care home. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing nutritious, high-quality meals for residents while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook fresh, nutritious meals in line with residents' dietary requirements and preferences. Ensure all food is prepared and presented to a high standard. Maintain compliance with HACCP, food safety, and health & safety regulations. Plan daily food production and assist with menu preparation where required. Manage stock, rotate supplies, and minimise food waste. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment.
