Relationship Manager – Business Plan Management Team

**What You'll Do**

We’re looking for a Relationship Manager to join our Business Plan Management team. In this role, you’ll drive business growth, retention, and plan health by serving as a strategic partner to employers, financial professionals, and internal stakeholders.

+ Plan Management & Growth, Retention and Opportunity Identification – Manage and oversee employer-sponsored and employer-owned insurance plans, conducting ongoing reviews to optimize plan performance, strengthen retention, identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and support territory and regional sales goals.
+ Relationship Management & Communication – Serve as a trusted advisor to plan sponsors, financial professionals, office staff, and internal partners by providing plan design consultation, business planning support, product expertise, training, and best-practice guidance to enhance customer outcomes and satisfaction.
