What you’ll be doing

• Analyze, evaluate, and underwrite highly complex and/or high-volume Reinsurance risks, and develop customized coverage solutions.
• Develop innovative and sophisticated contract structures to meet specific client requirements for large and specialty risks. Preparation and documentation of quotes and contract documents. Responsibility for maintaining and ensuring the quality of contract documents, as well as compliance with all standards, including wording.
• Establish, maintain, and expand key client and broker relationships in our core European markets, at the decision‑maker level, as well as for key brokers and major clients; lead negotiations in important client meetings; determine terms and contract details to ensure the sustainable and strategic maintenance of business partnerships.
