Job Description

Job Title: Reimbursement Specialist 
Location: Plymouth, Minnesota (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support reimbursement operations and help keep claim activity moving efficiently. This position plays an important part in claim follow-up, denial management, payment support, and account resolution to help maintain strong cash collection performance.

Responsibilities:
Manage accurate and timely collection efforts for billed and unpaid claims across commercial, federal, state, and private pay accounts.
Monitor aging accounts receivable and follow up on claims within payer turnaround-time standards.
Obtain claim status, respond to denials, process appeals, and handle adjustments, overpayments, and outstanding balances.
Review payment information, support internal collaboration, and maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
