Rehabilitation Case Manager — Transform Lives Behind Bars

Department of Corrections NZ is seeking a Case Manager for Rolleston Prison to provide end-to-end case management of individuals on sentence, guiding rehabilitation programmes and reintegration efforts.

You will conduct initial assessments, develop case plans, and collaborate with whānau and external agencies, producing reports for the Parole Board. This role requires resilience and strong written and interpersonal skills within a prison setting.
