Rehab & Return-to-Work Case Manager

Habit Health in Christchurch, New Zealand seeks an experienced Case Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of work and non-work injury claims, partnering with clients, injured employees, healthcare providers, and ACC to support rehabilitation and successful return-to-work outcomes.

The successful candidate will be relationship-focused, highly organized, and capable of coordinating across multiple stakeholders to optimise recovery journeys on a daily basis.
