Rehab & Assessment Nurse – Patient Recovery Ward

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Assessment, Treatment and Rehabilitation Ward at Southland Hospital. The role is permanent, 32 hours per week (0.8 FTE), and requires delivering patient‑centred care on a rehabilitation pathway.

The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive health assessments, administer medications, monitor vitals, and support daily activities to promote independence within a multidisciplinary team.
