Regulatory Compliance Manager (Madrid)

Ebury, a hyper‑growth FinTech firm, is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager focused on UK and EU regulatory requirements, particularly MiFID and FX Derivative products. The role will support the compliance function across Ebury’s European offices, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and proactive risk management.

Location: Ebury Leon / Malaga / Madrid Office – Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of new controls based on applicable regulations.
• Provide advisory on controls related to complaints, breaches, conflicts of interest, personal account dealing and other risk areas.
