Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Case Specialist to join our eDreams ODIGEO Communications team, reporting to the VIP Customer Communications Team Lead. The role involves managing consumer regulatory complaints, data protection consumer rights cases, coordinating legal inquiries, and supporting VIP tasks and communications projects, including analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage legal customer complaints such as consumer organization files, customer court cases and regulatory consumer cases.
• Handle data protection consumer rights cases.
• Coordinate legal inquiries with Legal Counsels related to customer complaints.
• Support VIP and sensitive customer complaints, social care channels, and complaints addressed directly to CSM members.
