Key Responsibilities
Ensure the Public Policy and Regulatory Affairs team effectively monitors and tracks regulatory developments, trends, and legislative changes.
Review, interpret, and summarise regulatory developments and provide guidance on potential business impacts.
Distribute regulatory updates and insights to relevant business divisions.
Coordinate and submit comments on proposed legislation, regulations, and consultation papers to regulators, government bodies, and industry associations where appropriate.
Ensure implementation plans are developed in response to new legislation and regulatory requirements.
Oversee the successful execution of regulatory implementation plans across business divisions.
