Wage Rate

The starting wage rate is $31.26/hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate person‑centered nursing care, supporting resident dignity, choice, and quality of life in alignment with the Residents’ Bill of Rights
• Complete nursing assessments within scope, recognize changes in condition, and implement/adjust care plan interventions in collaboration with the RN (where applicable), physicians/NP, and interdisciplinary team
• Communicate changes in resident status and care updates to the resident and/or SDM/POA and ensure timely follow‑up
