Job Description
Enhance patient care as a Registered Practical Nurse at Brightshores in Wiarton. This part-time role focuses on promoting health and managing patient treatment for optimal outcomes.
In the Medical/Surgical/CCC department, you'll report to the site Manager and provide comprehensive nursing care. You must have a current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario and a commitment to improve patient safety. Critical thinking, interpersonal skills, and teamwork are key attributes for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver supportive, preventive, and palliative care
• Lead and assess patient health conditions
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team
• Participate in staff training and continuous improvement
• Escort patients via ambulance when needed
Requirements:
• Registered with College of Nurses of Ontario
• Willing to obtain BCLS certification
• Open to working all shifts...
