About the RoleWe are seeking experienced Nursing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to review AI-generated NCLEX-style test bank questions across multiple nursing disciplines. The SMEs will be responsible for ensuring the clinical accuracy, educational quality, and alignment of assessment content with NCLEX standards and nursing competencies.
Key Responsibilities Review AI-generated NCLEX-style test bank questions, answer options, and rationales. Validate clinical accuracy and appropriateness of assessment content. Identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, ambiguities, or gaps in questions and explanations.
