Registered Nurse (RN) - Outpatient (PACT)

Summary The Outpatient Staff Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing competent, evidence-based outpatient care to assigned patients and oversight of licensed vocational nurses/nursing assistants, as appropriate to the setting. The incumbent of this position will be working on the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) at the Tomah VA Medical Center. Responsibilities The Registered Nurse (RN) - Outpatient / Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) is responsible and accountable for all elements of the nursing process when providing and/or supervising direct patient care.
