Registered Nurse, RN Home Visits - Weekend

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home.

This is a Weekend RN position - visits will include mostly Start of Care / Admissions. Home Health and OASIS documentation experience is required.

This role requires flexibility and the ability to travel throughout the office’s entire coverage area. Per Diem, Part Time, and Full Time schedules available.

Incentives

• $5,000 Incentive if able to commute to 4 SOC per weekend (2 Saturday + 2 Sunday)
• $5,000 Incentive if able to commute to 20 productivity points per weekend (combination of Fri, Sat, Sun, and/or Mon) - benefits eligible!
